Introducing Sabrina and Dr. Stephanie Liu, the visionary creators behind Pomme MD. Sabrina, an integral part of the Pomme MD team, brings over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, specializing in fertility, family health, and complex cases through Fertile Way. Her deep understanding of nutrient-dense, healthy farming practices and her commitment to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being are at the heart of Pomme MD.
Sabrina's journey took a poignant turn when her mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2022. This concern led her to sit down with Dr. Stephanie Liu, a dedicated physician with a passion for promoting wellness. Together, they knew they could create something better—an electrolyte drink rooted in their shared values of health and nutrition.
Pomme MD was born out of this heartfelt need, and now Sabrina and Dr. Liu are excited to share it with families everywhere. Their commitment to creating a unique, healthy product stems from their dedication to improving the lives of others.

Dr. Stephanie Liu is a Family Physician, Assistant Professor in the Division of Family Medicine, and founder of "Life of Dr Mom" blog and "by Dr Mom" brand. Renowned for her maternal and infant health expertise, she's been featured on prominent platforms like CBC, Global News, and serves as the health expert for Gerber Canada. Her blog provides evidence-based maternal insights, and she also appears in the recurring "Dr Mom Segment" on CTV News. Outside of her professional roles, she's a mother to Madeleine and George and wife to surgeon Dr. Graeme Muholland.

Sabrina Souto
Sabrina is an essential part of PommeMD. Married to Steve Souto, with 2 amazing children, she understands nutrient dense and healthy farming practices from ground to table. Sabrina is also well versed in the physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing of an individual, as she has been in clinical practice for 20+ years utilizing her education in Chinese Medicine. Specializing in fertility, family health and complicated cases through Fertile Way she has witnessed first hand how important proper hydration is in times of illness. Sabrina's tipping point was the cancer diagnoses of her mom Brigita in 2022, and her passing in 2023. While trying to keep all choices as healthy as possible through her mom's journey, she grew increasingly concerned about the ingredients in mainstream hydration beverages and medicines. Dr. Stephanie Liu connected the dots and together PommeMD was born.

The third oldest among the Souto siblings, Dan is renowned for his role as the family's peacemaker. Growing up on the Oliver, BC family farm, Dan's expertise lies in both farming and business operations. His unwavering commitment to impeccable customer service and a strong work ethic has been the cornerstone of his success. With a background in mechanics and piloting, Dan's active lifestyle perfectly aligns with his love for the outdoors, biking, and volleyball, and he's never without his trusty PommeMD.

Steve Souto
The eldest of five, Steve honed his skills on the Family Farm in Oliver, BC, excelling in the full spectrum of farming, from cultivation to premium produce sales. His commitment to excellence shines through his expertise in apples and BC produce, complemented by his diverse roles as an electrician and pilot. Steve's enthusiasm for community and trust-building resonates in his team, customers, and markets, seamlessly connecting with Pomme MD's development.

Dr. Graeme Mulholland
Dr. Mulholland, an Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon and Assistant Professor in the Division of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery, specializes in sleep-related disorders. As the Director of Sleep Surgery at the University of Alberta, he actively contributes to medical research and education while juggling his roles as a father to Madeleine and George, and the husband of family doctor, Dr. Stephanie Liu.
